This place is absolutely stunning. The rooms are perfect - spotless and filled with high quality facilities. I felt like a valued guest, not just a room number. The staff here are English speaking, very friendly, and always willing to help. The hotel is in a great location, close to the Gion district, and within walking distance to various places to eat. The bar lounge area is very nice, and the cocktails are amazing. The service provided by the hotel is top-notch.
I highly recommend this hotel to others.

Amazing new hotel with modern design and updated amenities. the staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed the location, which was near popular restaurants and shops. the free breakfast was tasty and filled us up for the day ahead. the comfortable beds were a plus, allowing us to get a good night's sleep.
One issue we had was the difficulty in finding the hotel. Even the nearby taxi drivers were not familiar with it.

We loved this hotel's modern and stylish facilities, clean and had everything we needed. Being close to the Gion district made it extra convenient for us to explore the city. The breakfast was delicious and even included complimentary juice and bread for kids. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel like valued guests.

Great amenities and service. The rooms were comfortable and stylish, with all the latest technology provided. The hotel staff was helpful and attentive, and the location was convenient for accessing local attractions and transport links. The hotel also had a great restaurant with delicious food and plenty of options to choose from.
The hotel was quite noisy, both from the street and from other guests. The hotel didn't have good soundproofing, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

This newly opened hotel offers an exceptional service and beautiful design to guests. the rooms are spotless and have high-quality facilities such as cool rooms packed with the latest amenities. the staff is extremely friendly and able to speak English. there are many options for places to eat located within walking distance, and the Nijo Castle is right across from the hotel. the hotel bar menu offers very good cocktails, and excellent food.
Glass toilet doors might be uncomfortable to some travelers, even when family members are present.
